With your online account you will be able to schedule appointments, cancel upcoming appointments, and view your appointment history. The link below will direct you to your client portal in Jane.

How do I login and set up my username/password?

 Go to the Welcome email sent from ICG. Clicking “Set up Account” will bring you to a new page, prompting you to create a username and password. If you have already set up your account and forgot your Username and or Password, please contact our business office at  708-608-3538 Ext 5 for our office administrative assistant.

How do I enter my credit card information?

  Login to your Jane account. Once you have logged in, you can navigate to the “Credit Cards on File” area, followed by the “Add New Card” button. Click the “Add New Card” button to provide your credit card information. You will need to provide the credit card number, the expiration date, the CVC number and the billing address associated with the credit card. Once you are all done, click “Save Credit Card.” 

What device can/should I use?

 Your Jane account can be accessed through any device. Jane’s admin site is best experienced in Google Chrome on your desktop and or laptop. SAFARI is recommended on an IPad or IPhone. And use EDGE for a Microsoft Surface or Windows Phone. On a tablet or phone, you can use the default browser since they are all compatible. First generation IPads, Firefox and Internet Explorer (except Internet Explorer in tablet mode on a Microsoft Surface) are not recommended. 

How do I access my Telehealth appointment?

 

Telehealth via Ipad/Iphone requires you to download the Jane Online Appointments App. Once you download the app, the steps to join your video session via mobile device will be the same as desktop/laptop users below. 

There are two ways you can begin your online session via desktop/laptop. Join via appointment reminder that will be sent to you 30 min prior to your appointment, then click the email link. OR join via Jane client account, using the sign in button on the right hand corner of the login page. Once logged in, navigate to the “Upcoming Appointments” tab on the left, then click the blue “Begin” button next to today’s appointment to join. Once you click “Begin” for your online appointment, Jane will ask for your consent to join via video sessions. In order to provide consent, click the “I Consent” button.

How do I subscribe my appointments to my calendar?

 Login to your Jane account. Under “Upcoming Appointments”, click the button called “Subscribe to your calendar.” Now you will have 3 options for subscribing: 1) Subscribe from this device. 2) Click the Google Calendar or Outlook buttons to subscribe to those apps. 3) Manually add the link provided to your calendar app. After you select an option, whenever an appointment is booked, the appointment will automatically show up in your calendar.
