Mind-Body Wellness during COVID-19 is an 8-week closed group providing psychoeducation and skill building for improving mind-body wellness during COVID. This group serves to improve coping with the various stressors and overwhelm associated with the challenges and uncertainty related to the pandemic. There will opportunity to process your experience with others in the community, under the guidance of a licensed social worker. This is a telehealth group for adults only, beginning mid-September and we will be offering multiple session times (day/evening/ weekend) based on need. Resourcing Self, Reconnecting with Community is a 6-week closed group designed to be continued skills building and support in transitioning after completing a PHP/IOP program. It will be led by an experienced LCSW who has worked in in-patient and intensive outpatient programming for years. She will support attendees in actively applying DBT and CBT skills, creating and maintaining healthy habits for mind-body wellness, and navigating social-emotional issues related to reconnecting with others following hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming. All attendees are REQUIRED to be participating in Individual Therapy and will need to sign a release for their therapist. We will be offering multiple session times (day/evening/weekend) via telehealth and scheduling according to appropriate ages based on screening of interested attendees. Open to adolescents and adults, starting mid-September. Self-pay $30/60 min session or according to insurance plan, we accept multiple carriers.
